The International Retinal Imaging Symposium (IRIS III) will discuss the newest innovations and applications of existing retinal imaging systems, including fundus autofluorescence, ultra-widefield imaging, adaptive optics and spectral domain and swept source optical coherence tomography. Novel technological systems of retinal imaging such as OCT angiography will also be introduced and discussed. Our goal is for the course participant to gain greater insight into the anatomy and pathogenesis of retinal disease, through the use of an advanced multimodal imaging approach, and to acquire knowledge of how imaging systems can improve patient outcomes.
