4th Annual Interventional Endoscopy Course
(AWE Art of Innovation 2021: Learning From the Masters)
Evaluation and Certification
Only course attendees should complete this evaluation and claim credit for this activity.
The last day to claim CME credit and MOC points is Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
Certificates
After completing the evaluation(s) and attesting credits claimed, a PDF certificate will be available for immediate download. This certificate will also be stored in your CME California transcript, accessible anytime by logging in to CMECalifornia.com and selecting the "Transcript" option from the left menu bar.
ABIM Medical Knowledge MOC Points
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.50 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.
Interested attendees must complete all evaluation components, including the learner assessment. Participants will also need to provide their six-digit ABIM ID number and date of birth. Please note that MOC points are not awarded by UC San Diego CME. All data is submitted to the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), which is then transferred to the ABIM. MOC points will show up in the learner’s ABIM record once verified by the ABIM. This process may take several months. UC San Diego will not be providing learners with MOC certificates.
