Description: The goal of this 2-day course is to bring leaders across the country to share best practice strategies and learn more about emerging treatments for trauma.
Course Objectives:
  1. List one strategy for improving hemorrhage control in the setting of acute traumatic injuries.
  2. Discuss age based imaging protocols and their impact on diagnostic work up.
  3. Develop an understanding of current transfusion protocols.
  4. Identify trauma patients that may benefit from REBOA and advanced management.
  5. Expand skills in wound closure and complex wound management skill.
