Needs Assessment:	This interactive conference is an opportunity for providers from all disciplines to learn about chronic illnesses relevant to primary care medicine.
Course Objectives:	This course is designed to improve competence in the diagnosis, pharmacologic treatment and general management of patients in the primary care setting. Our conference will focus on the specific topics important for the busy practitioner and other health care professionals.
